1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.
• The return or refund request is due to one of the following:
  • The item was damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Return the Item: Ship the item to the following address:

4. Processing: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the refund status.

3. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

• Processing Time: Refunds to your original payment method may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Store Credit: Available immediately after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Items marked as "Final Sale."
• Custom or personalized products.
• Returns that do not meet our return policy criteria (e.g., used or damaged items).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
